What Personal information do I collect?

I can assure you that I only collect and hold data which is necessary in order for me to provide you with a service. Personal information such as your name, address, email and telephone is collected in order for me to do this.

- Via Communications You may fill in our online enquiry form, message me, send an email or telephone directly. Our lawful ground for processing this data is our legitimate interests in responding to you and to provide a service to you
- Technical When you visit my website it collects standard anonymous internet log information (your IP address, browser, and type of device) and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I may use this information to monitor the sites performance and make improvements to my website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone and is kept indefinitely. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business.

I will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary, although I may need to retain some personal data and records as required by law for tax and auditing purposes.
